- 1 cup (250 ml) unsweetened oat or almond milk (unsweetened)

- ¼ cup (40 g) chia seeds

- ½ cup (140 g) plain Greek yogurt or Coconut Yogurt (optional)

- 1 Scoop of organic chocolate protein powder

- Dash vanilla extract

- 1 tbsp all-natural almond butter (optional)

- Hand full of blueberries (optional)
