Coconut Butter Chocolate Truffle Cups


If you have a candy mold you can use that, paper cups, or pour into an 8x8 freezer safe dish.

You can use a double boiler or microwave for the melting.

½ cup of coconut oil

½ cup of coconut butter

½ cup Chocolate bar or bag of chips of your choice (99% cacao)

1 tsp of vanilla

½ cup nut butter (optional) my fave is almond nut butter when making truffles.

Add the coconut oil and coconut butter to the smaller pot and allow them to melt.

Add your chocolate to melt. Divide mixture into your candy molds or paper baking cups then transfer to the freezer or pour directly into your baking dish. Allow 30 minutes of freeze time (you can score squares if using the 8x8 dish) less free time if making truffles.

Depending on your desire you can add cacao butter to the dish for truffles that can rolled into toppings of your choice: crushed pistachio, rose peddles, pecans, or unsweetened coconut.

Make it a fun treat but allowing others to roll into a fun sweet treat!
