Fresh Garden Pico




Base Ingredients:

1 bunch of cilantro chopped

1-3 jalapenos seeded, rinsed, and finely chopped

1 onion, green onions, or chives

Juice of 2-3 limes

Salt and pepper to taste

Garlic- fresh pressed, granules, or powder to taste

Cumin (optional)


Add about 4 cups of Veggie options:

Jicama

Tomatoes

Olives

Peppers

Zuchinni

Corn

Cauliflower


Finely chop the ingredients, stir, and enjoy! Lasts around 3 days in the fridge. Healthy and delicious! A great way to eat up some garden veggies! Things to try it on: street tacos, nachos, eggs, salad, burritos, quesadillas, grilled fish, shrimp, or chicken, and a simple dip for chips.
